Good art style, like the presentation. A couple suggestions, if you want them.
Like other posters have said, it's long. Long isn't bad, but needlessly long is. I'd personally cut the part where he loses his license and cut the Goth girl out too. They don't really add anything to the message or story. Just my opinion, though. Poor Jerry!

Fantastic!
This was a very original flash. I've seen other things related to it... sorta. It was hystarical and had me staring at my screen hypnotized for the first couple minutes. Very good job on the sound effects. Keep it up.
