just regaining vision....

fun game, good sound. I was a bit saddened to end up getting into the negative hundred thousand areas, the red sparks really take off a lot of points but the game is still doable. The sparks could be a bit larger as I felt they were quite small and other than that I had to quit playing as the strobe affect was way to painful on my eyes could it be tuned down a bit?

A fantastic idea poorly executed.

Sorry to say it man, the idea was great! Honestly, creating levels based on music thats uploaded?
Amazing.. i just expected a different type of game.. and for the upload to actually work. I tried it both here and on your site.

Anyway, im not quite sure if this is possible.. ive not ventured outside of ActionScript 2.0 yet. But I expected the music to actually shape a level.. perhaps like a defender type game, but where the top and bottom is shaped by the level, and the enemies are spawned by and react to the music.

A very cool idea, but im afraid it just wasnt much fun.

Rock out

One of the best entries of the rock out contest. I'm hooked on it. Keep the great games coming.

A more basic Music Catch

This game reminds me of Musc Catch, but in a much simpler form. You have to collect the blue stars that are released to the beat of the music, whilst avoiding the red ones. The way this game looked was like your Gallant Seventh game, with all the notes being shot down at you from the top of the screen to the music.

This was an anjoyable enough game, but could have done with more gameplay wise. Having the notes come at you from different directions, and different power ups occasionally would have made the game more interesting. Also a dissapointment is that the song upload feature doesn't work. This is a shame as if it did, people would be much more likely to replay this using their own songs.

Overall, this is a decent enough game, but lacks the depth to make it replayable for more than 10 minutes.

Fairly Impossible. Due to the speed it's more of a damage reduction mechanic rather than a "Get-It-Right" If anyone could 100% any of these I'd be surprised. Still - it works well and I like the strobe effect and the other graphics.
