Reviews for "Endless Zombie Rampage"

decent

im not saying this to be an ass, just that it was only a decent game, not that great, id like to point out things u might wanna fix, ok, the aiming system sucks, if u shoot past them, u cant hit them, i didnt like the guns, real unrealistic, sure a lone surviver is gonna get his hands on high tech, military grade weapons without ever leaving, sure, zombies had no variety, u could put at least a storyline to it, somethin like the last stand, which was awesome, and there were no in game breaks, like in the last stand, u shouldnt be able to hold ALL those guns at once either, and maybe u could make it where the zombies came after u instead of yer base, i dont think zombies like the taste of barb wire and metal, or u could have the guy behind a barrier, like last stand, now im not saying u should go make a rip off of the last stand, but it was great, best i've ever played in the zombie genre, wat im am saying is u should learn from the best, take assets from that game and incorperate them in your own game in your OWN way, sounds tough i know, but if u can manage is, u could make one totally pwnage game

Godly

This game was Awsome. I loved everything about it.

Graphics were unbelivable awsome. Even with a billion dead bodies and blood all over the place and shells.
Sound was really good. as like any other game, gun shots got a little annoying after a little bit of time playing, but nothing a little music thrown in there didnt help.
Power-ups were great. So much customizable play, guns were good in their own way
One thing I didnt like, just because I didnt like it, was the machine guns. They took way too long. Not saying that it was to downer to the game, because I have played other shootem games, and the Machine guns do take a while... i just didnt like them :-D

All in all. perfect 10/10, or 5/5 on the score that matters. Loved the game. Go for more Zombie games. you know how to make them.

Excellant

First off, I found a glitch/cheat?: Once you buy the Laser Cannon with the Overkill powerup, and you kill, lets say, 10 in a row, your exp. points go through the roof. I have to say I enjoyed it quite a bit, got everything done easier.

Overall, it is a good game. I love all the weapons and powerups, definatly a plus. I also like the movement of your character and the kick of the guns, made it challenging, expecially during the beginning levels.
I did not like, however, the amount of dead zombies and blood that piled up everywhere. It's like there's nothing to look forward to when to kill them. When it was dirt, it was fun to see their blood spill all over it, but now, it's just, eh. Maybe have it cleaned every few hours. Who knows, there may be clean up crews when zombies take over :P

Overall, a very enjoyable game, lots of variety, and alot of violence. 5/5

needs some work

that and make the aiming system better. When you put the aiming circle behind the zombie it should still hit it but most of the time it didn't. Also you should beable to gain exp a lot faster because it takes a long time just to buy another hand gun. It was very fun don't get me wrong but it needs some work and maybe a story to it

Overall, a well made Zombie shooter

But little more than that. Of course, I didnt really expect anything more than that, so it didnt have any effect on my score. My biggest problem was the aiming system, which, I thought was maybe just because of my guns, but after testing almost every gun in the game, I found it to be rather universal. To me, if you are aiming at a spot directly behind a zombie, you should still hit the zombie. However, 80% of the time, the bullets/etc. wouldnt even register, and this is from maybe 5-10ft away. And from a distance, a gun may be dead-on accurate if you have the reticle on the zombie, but move it just barely behind them, in a straight line, and the bullets seem to magically stray in all different directions. This game also suffers from the very common hard at first, way to easy later on trend. As early on, upgrading is nearly impossible due to the insane damage the zombies are capable of dealing to your base. But later, even a massive horde of them can rarely seem to get even 1/2 way to it. I also found the blood effects, to actually hinder gameplay rather than add "coolness" to it. As it eventually gets to the point that its hard to see zombies (Imagine if your colorblind!) and there were times, I'd reload my game, just to find things much more easy. Which in my mind, is a way of abusing the game's system.

However, like I said, I did like this game. It was fun, and it was pointless zombie mayhem. The graphics were simple, yet worked perfectly. The sound, while not amazing, had the nice gooshy explosions. And the gun and upgrade selections were very wide, and added a nice touch. It was just the stated problems above, namely the aiming one, that kept this game from being a lot better than it could have been in my mind. For now, I still prefer "The Last Stand" over this, but if you maybe improved the aiming a bit, in a new version or sequel, this game would be scores better.

But still, one of the best zombie games, and I liked it a lot.
