I have seen many a flash from newgrounds, and this has to be one of the lamest ones I have ever seen. Incredibly long, ho-hum animation, excessive music and TERRIBLE SPELLING. You did make me create an account tho xD

I clicked off the window as soon as Mario turned 'Super Saiyan' the second time, it was hard to watch. Also, the dialogue really annoyed me to no end. The spelling was terrible, even if it was "Supposed to be that way"... bullshit.
Right, all the ranting out of the way. So now let's talk animation!
It was good, pretty smooth at times but at others... no. The camera effects were also great at times, but at others, poor. The characters were well drawn, so props to you for that, other people usually just use sprites. (Not that sprites are bad...)
Sound,
Well, I'm not much of a sound guy, but I guess it was a bit over the top.
Overall, it was average, an average animation... But not quite my thing.
Good luck with future projects, hopefully they will exceed 'this'.

Hey mate, that was a great flash, only thing which i didn't like was that u switched the music too much.
