Reviews for "Pandemic: EoM"

I hate diarrhea, so I hate this game.

It astounds me that someone could take a semi-decent game and then take a ginormous dump all over it. This is undoubtedly the most slapped-together-with-duct tape piece of garbage game I have ever had the misfortune of playing on NG. You need t Disassociate yourself from this offal immediately and put something out that kicks so much boo-tay that it will make people forget about this bomb. This game makes no sense whatsoever, for reasons ALLL pointed out before. there seems to be no relationship between actions you take and their outcome and they all seem to be completely random and totally unrelated. Excuse me, but I need to go to the bathroom and have a nice, satisfying Pandemic:EOM. Don't worry, I won't forget to wipe.

Crap..

I really liked the first pandemic game it was awsome. but this? it's crap! when i came on newgrounds to see this on the front page i was like Whoo! couldnt wait to play it. and when i got on it.. i was like wdf?? totaly confuzing didnt know what to do instructions didnt help and the humans where already making a cure from day 1! in real life they wouldnt just make a cure every time they discover a virus. they would observe it, study it and when it gets into a " Pandemic " they would study a cure.. the game i played lasted like 3minutes 1minute of reading, 1 minute of looking at the screen and thinking. " what now?" and the last was trying to get points! DONT RUSH IT. You have totaly let me down.. the first was better.

You'r the new DICE, mister!

Congratulations, you've just earned yourself the Title "DICE Programmer Spin-Off", let me explain this, may i:

Ther used to be a game, designed by the swedish studio DICE, people might remember the title Battlefield 2. I bought it when it was rarely fresh, and it rocked, despite some bugs of course. As months passed more and more patches appeared. Things got fixed... o'rly? Nope, no mister. Instead of some extraordinarily necessary bugfixing, they inserted content, that was absolutely useless to everyone, and to top it, other bugs appeared...

What you did to pandemic ist basically what DICE did to battlefield 2 with patching. Instead of creating spin offs you might want to reconsider to work on a new version of your old game. the features in there were totally neat-o. no need-o to strip them out of the game and releasing something that might be referred to as "Pandemics little, uncool brother"

way worse than the original

There does not need to be this much going on in the game, and I really don't want to try and figure out which airport goes to Australia or Greenland, because I just don't care. The first one was way better, even if it was too easy. There needs to be another way to infect remote countries. Also, the chances of infecting the airport and water supply seemed to have nothing to do with how many people were infected. This game needs some work.

Pandemic: PoS

This is nowhere near as good as the original. I don't know what inspired the original Pandemic people to let you do this, but they made a huge mistake in letting you make this game. It just doesn't work. I'm not complaining that the game is too hard. Ninja Gaiden Black is hard. This game is like the Nintendo Power Glove. Having to spend 20 turns in a row, doing nothing but trying to infect the airport, is NOT FUN. Giving points for no reason at all is too unlike the first game, where you had to kill shit to earn points. Here, I can just play with myself and rack up numbers. Whoo. All the nice little options of the first game to change up your virus are gone. I don't know what my virus does to kill people, I just have a lethality number. I liked knowing that my virus would cause organ failure. Any improvement over 2 is a pain in the ass, and while I'm sitting around waiting for points to build up so I can stand a .006% chance of doing anything at all, the humans are swiftly ensuring my global demise. I had no fun whatsoever while playing this sad mockery of Pandemic. It reminded me of an arcade machine with no money in it. You can push buttons all you want to, but you quickly realize that you're not going to get anywhere at all.
