I liked it
But it is almost impossible for me to get all of the countrys. I liked the simplicity and style of the original but this one could be an improvement if you expand on it.

an improvement from the first, should have a difficulty setting but apart from that, it was an enjoyable game.
Much better than the first
I enjoyed playing this game more than the first one because, for some reason, on the first one, the countries kept closing their borders before I could infect them all and I didn't have a clue which features my virus should've had.
In this game, it's much simpler because there are only three features of your virus - lethality, infectivity and drug resistance. It was also more realistic - the countries would develop cures at different rates in real life.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that an aeroplane could take off from one country and land in exactly the same country without visiting any others. That is both unfair and unrealistic and should really be sorted out. That is the only problem I found with this game though - it was enjoyable overall.
