Fix the sound
Ha, good old anti emo humour, you do need to sort out the sound though; it was absolute turd. The subtitiles are also pretty unnecessary.

My mic is crap and like I said before my computer hates me and screws up in many different ways. I'd love to fix the sound but sadly I can't. The subtitles now that I think about it are kinda unnecessary unless you watch it with no volume... I may take them off sometime if I feel like it.

At the beginning the music far over powered the dialogue, even with subtitles it was a pain in the ass. I'm sure you can control volume of each individual audio.
Another thing, you might want to in future fight scenes pick up the pace a bit, the speed which it played was very anti-climatic
But the humour = win |D

Yeah as I said before... My computer hates me and my mic sucks. I honestly tried my best to fix that stuff but I kept getting error messages and my computer kept freezing. I'm going to be buyin' myself a new computer or "borrowing" a new one soon. I also am goin' to try to get a better mic. Oh and thanks for the fight scene tip. :)

Nice, funny as fuck but there were a few problems with the dio... diol... word talky thing. You didn't give enough time between lines resulting in overlap and Mr.Bad was WAY to fast. Otherwise quite funny and well done.

I know I'm planning to change Mr.Bad's voice. But my flash trail version time is up so I either gotta get a crack or figure our the trail version trick... agian. Gldad you liked it. and I'll try to improve the dio... weird thingy... Or just stop adding them.

'emo glasses' really made the film for me
That loop at the start/end you're using is pretty funky. A good mix of techno and country vibe. But still... DON@T HAVE MUSIC ON THE PRE_LOADER! Why can't you authors realise that some folk will load something, watch something else, load a new thing, watch that thing that just finished loading and so on.
I guess only a minority actually just sit and watch every loading screen. Some like to engage in other things in the meantime and they don't want to have the audio disturbing them.
Anyway... with my connection it's not that big a deal, but it's just a minor irritation and I get annoyed after seeing that same problem so many times. To me it's just a lack of consideration for the audience.
Anyway...
The white line around the play/replay buttons was a tad ugly. Not a good use of the wacky line styles.
Amateur company logos are rarely entertaining and yours was no exception.
In the first scene, you had one set of subtitles that were cut short.
The poster was kinda cool.
Most backgrounds were kinda rough and could be improved a lot.
The characters were kinda cleanly drawn, though the tweening was a tad limited.
In the scenes with the bald guy, his subtitles were almost never on-screen for longer than a second.
When the duder turned emo, that was chucklesome. I also grinned at the "emo+dark room" equation and the duder's lust for hentai.

The 'emo glasses' really made the film for me. Despite some weaknesses up to that point (specially the overlapping voices and overly quick subtitles), that just struck me as brilliant.
