It was okay. Drawings were good and sound was as well, however the plot was missing. I mean, I can see where you are going, unfortunately you leave too many holes in the plot that make it hard to understand what is going in. Mystery is good, but too much mystery leaves people wondering why they even watched it to begin with. I know that you will continue this and flesh it out a bit more, but for an intro you could have done much better =) Everything else is good though.
Touche. But you have to remember, All of this is just to explain what happens afterwards. If we made the 2nd part 1st, then you'd be in the state of "Wtf"ness.

not enough character developement, we don't know who these people are or what they want,the faceless corporation bit is tried and true but ya still gotta give us a hero or antihero to feel something about.
cliffhanger, naming it part 1 obviously means part 2 in the least is in the offing, hopefully i will remember this one enough to want to watch the part to when it comes out.
also would be more interested if there was definitively something planned for part two that will bemore interesting.
In Part 1, There is no Hero, or Anti hero... Or is there?. The reason of all this was to lay out the storyline for the future, so that the future episodes will make sense.

P.P.P.S I think you need some more regular camera angles. After a while it becomes obvious that you're avoiding animating and not just being artsy. I barely ever saw anyone's mouth when they were talking. Anyway, it was pretty good.

Hahahahah. Hell I dunno, You'll hafta ask KJL about that. If I ever decide to make that trailer of Part 2, I'll assure you, I'll show at least 5 other monuments destroyed.
I know, I'll fix the lip syncing in Part 2, Cause the FPS was at 42, and that was a bitch to animate lip syncing so I left it out.
