I must say these sort of games are my favourite, so this review may be a little biased but nontheless, that game seemed very addicting and it had a nice difficulty to it. I still can't get pass level 6 though. =P
Great idea of being able to pick up the agents and use them as a weapon, as is the wide range of weapons I had found so far. I think the area of play does get destroyed too quickly for how long the game seems to go on (I was finding it quite hard to go up and down the building without falling down about 4 stories.)

For a first Flash game...
You have gone a great job. Obviously, some people aren't impressed, but you have used great quality sprites (Not sure if you have made them yourself or not) and kept to one graphic style instead of chopping and changing. I'm hoping to see more games like this. I trust you're not a one-trick-pony, so I doubt you'd not make more Matrix games. But maybe other films or games? I'd love to see a Resident Evil game like this. Good luck with upcoming projects, mate. So if you'll excuse me, I have to beat level 6.
