More Constructive Criticism

What needs the most improvement IMHO is the wierd sudden deaths. I think the whiplash damage should be reduced, maybe even removed. It doesn't seem like a realistic hazard, just an annoyance. Another is going off the screen (or similarly, losing the egg sack off the screen). I can't think of any good reason this should kill you, why not just have an invisible wall? Obviously this doesn't apply to the bottom edge on the chasm level.

I would also like to see either (or both) of these changes made to the handling of webing: 1) Feet holding webing don't grab walls automatically. 2) If you hold Space when clicking a foot holding web, it keeps holding it. The reason I suggest these is because several times, I would be holding a web, and it automatically grabed a wall with that foot. Then there was no way to release the wall, but not the web.

I also found the system for attaching web a little unintutive, but I'm not sure what would be better. Maybe a seperate button. Finally it would be really cool if you cold attach to webs together.

Wonderful work of art.

This game is simply amazing. I'm glad to have played this. Kinda reminds me of Eric Chahi's Another World, which is a great thing. The controls are a bit jaggy though, but I believe this is probably due to my slow pc. Once I got how you really move the Tri-arachnid, I got through all the stuff easily.

Great choice of music by the way. I kept the Flash running a while just to listen to it. I've gotta search a bit for this Tin Hat Trio.

Perfect

It's hard,it's easy, but it's definatly all around fun. This game is awsome plz tell me your making more of it's type!

Truly superb.

This game is honestly my favourite submission to this date. It's such an immense concept and has been pulled off pretty well. However, I feel there is a slight awkwardness to places and needs tewaking, in my opinion. I'd love to be in on the project of the game, just to see how you've done evrything.

A few things I feel need slight reworking:

=> At first, I was going to suggest you rework the webbing into a reticle "turret" like function, but after many thoughts, I preferred the method you chose. One thing that could be improved though, is attatching the second end, which can be quite tricky or tedious.

=> Well, I can't think of a way of fixing this, but moving can be a bit tedious at times. I was thinking, a way to make your feet non-sticky. Such as, lets say, if you hel;d shift, then your feet ould become unsticky. so if you were on a ceiling you would just fall off. That way, you could use just one leg to sort of leap place to place, or choose to do it the normal way. I'm unsure about this one, maybe it's just the speed of my computer, it does seem less tedious when the settings are low.

=> I'd like to see many more ways to incorporate webbing functionality. It was great going through the game again, making intricate web traps. It's be nice to make traditional spider webs. This'd be cheap, so maybe only set to certain levels, but seeing some more ways to play with the web would be a great feature.

=> It can sometimes be annoying when you're trying to hold something in your mouth (or eat something/attack an enemy) only to have your body move out the way as you get it near your mouth.

Other than those points (which are really only my personal feelings, ignore them by any means) this was a great little experience and hope to see further development of the game. Maybe make a series of Tri-achnid games or something? I hope to see this go far.

Oh my...

Simply a masterpiece...
