It won't let me play

This is a really fun chat game with many features on it, but just one problem here:
Whenever I log on (even though I'm not banned) it says majiggers that I get banned and then disconnected then the end. Even if I log in in my guest usernames, alt accounts, it says the same thing. I really hate this thing. I'm Kaoru Matsubara who used WoW2 and WoW and it really still won't work anyway. Please help me, or is it just my XP? Even if I try to log on a MILLION times it still won't work.

when i tryed to register it said Couldn't send password: Error: 501
missing or malformed local part i did it right so i give it 7 make another one please
