Its japanese.
They are japanese people with "different" coloured skin tone :P
The part where the infiltrates the base reminds me of the Japanese Occupation,
History.. :P
The voices are good.
But it was not subbed right or the word is chosen wrong.
Liked it even though it was introduction.

this is the worst ray game i know that it is only the beginning but do you think you could have put more choices you only get one area to make a decision and thats it i mean you have some good games but you could have done better anyway sorry for any offensive comments if any and also sorry if this seems mean p.s. on the choice section choose the first one

hehe this is the first time i hear ray talk
but there still one problem: when the mexicans are talking, they talk in spanish or japanese, look Im spanish and I must say that the subtitles doesnt accord with the voices, just be careful with that on full version
either way, I would love to play ray 3
