action wise the first ray was the best in the series, but when it comes to actually fleshing out the Ray-verse part3 is the best. i think that actually giving ray an estranged family and showing his past humanizes him a bit. i think the voice doesn't really fit Ray that well since he seems to be a ex spec-ops operative
