Very true, very true. I've just finished the book Acting in Animation myself, indeed I know that animation is acting. I'm not sure if you noticed, but the entire animation is extremely cheezy, but its tongue-in-cheek, my friend. The music was really cheezy, so I figured I might as well keep it light, not serious yet. The series itself will have a bit more depth than the trailer, I assure you.
I hope for an animation career, but for now I'm studying at UC Davis.

The flash bored me. It was nice animation, nice sound and nice graphics...just....boring....

Animation was top-notch, I'll give you that much.
Other than that, it didn't strike me very well. It was probably the music. Stop using overused Final Fantasy battle themes, it strikes a serious blow to your credibility.
Anyways I hope you actually get the project launched. And don't bother with a game now, it's far too early for that. Don't bite off more than you can chew.

the animation seemed inconsistent to me, it kind of switched between very detailed scenes to bare looking ones.
So far, the story doesn't really interest me.
The character design was pretty cool, but Khale looked kind of like Link from Zelda.
