I diddn't like how you had fragments of lines everywhere and how somethings where just radomly broken. It looked like you did it in a hurry. I didn't think it was funny either, though I liked the alternate ending you hid in there. I think you need to take your time on writing and animatiing the next one and you'll have a really decent flash movie.

Improvment
Although the thought of someone killing over kornflakes is funny i think theres need for improvment in this. It was kinda hard to understand the kornflake killer speaking. Though it was good in violence. If you improve this or do a second one the sound and a little touching up on the detail is the main thing. As for the humour it was okay but maybe you should add another funny thing in there.
