You should seriously reconsider not doing anymore sprite animations. I mean seriously, this is the shiznit. I almost had a flashgasm watching this. I look forward to watching your other animations.

Greatest thing I've ever seen!
Amazing... just amazing
In my time here at newgrounds I have seen many-a-flash involving mario and the gang. And of all the pices I hve looked over, so vary few made the cut. These few had good sprites and music. Good action and suspence. But above all they had good stories to tell. On this day, you join the shineing few.

i have been fallowing this series since the begining, it been at least 2 years, i think...maybe im wrong. great stuff, because, i never got into he mario world via the games. i think i may even be the worst mario player on earth. my point is that you did some great directing, to create somthing really quite moving, using really simple images. its really amazing how the right music can add so much feeling. very well thought out, i didnt see that end coming at all. its the falt of hollywood that we all expect a happy ending, great tragedies are far more classic and provocative, and real...Megosh
I am absolutely amazed.
I am flabbergasted at what you've achieved in these five episodes using only crappy 8-bit sprites and a smattering of well-chosen orchestral music: you've created an honest-to-God Mario Brothers tragedy that is well-written, suspenseful, intelligent, and honestly moving. If the ending (the very, very ending) didn;t feel so abrupt, I'd be tempted to call the series flawless. I'm out of things to say, honestly, so I'm going to pick my jaw back up off the floor and shuffle on out of here.
