Reviews for "Mario Brothers - Part V"
Dramatic.
First off, I've been a fan of this series ever since the beginning. But after IV came out I waited for the fifth and final installment, but it never came. But you finally released it and put some obvious effort into the animation and more importantly, the story.
This installment of the series is the best by far. The sad ending really made it what it is and because of that sad ending, it didn't feel like a generic Mario flash with the "...and they lived happily ever after" ending. I think the beginning and middle of this particular animation was a bit dry, but you really pulled it off in the end.
The bottom line: If you liked the previous parts to this series then you will love this one.
A fitting conclusion
I was worried that this would never get done, but.. here it is, eh? And I have to say that it's definately the best chapter of the series, although... I was not fond of the very very end, it was unfashionably cliche and predictable.
all i can say is wow
this has been one of the most moving flash movies i have ever seen on newgrounds (well any movie for that matter). you truly are a genius. i absolutly love the movies you make. the ending was very good because its not a hollywood ending like 99% of movies out there. very, very well done.
Whoa... I mean... Whoa, really!
You are truly an accomplished flash author. I've seen the part 1 I think 1 year ago, and you made a really good job. The ending is fabulous. I mean, the flashback with the first thing you see on the part 1 is truly amazing. You should make movies as a movie producer; you are truly awesome for stories and everything. I didn't know how it would finish, but you made a good job. I didn't really like how Mario suicided himself... It wasn't magic as the rest of the film, but it was purely made by a flash genius.
You really are one of my favorite flash artist. Everything you animate is pure gold.
You truly rock. You make flash seem easy...
