Horror Filled Extravaganza
It's amazing as watch the countless number of games/movies in the world (I mean outside of Newgrounds) that try to create a scary atmosphere, while in fact they usually end up startling me more than they scare me.
Scary is what you get when you're practically ready to shit yourself. That's the only kind of scary that's any fun. And you've absolutely captured that in your game.
The graphics were phenominal (or maybe I should say artwork). I really added that extra flair to the game.
The sound was really great. It didn't need to be over the top for this game, just the right sound for the right time.
Gore has never been the thing that sways me one way of the other, but it worked with the whole "Judgement Day" thing. That atmosphere was briliantly done (not an easy thing to take on) and I truly respect that.
My ONLY real concern with this game (and I understand and take into consideration the restrictions when working with flash) but I've never been a big fan of clicking doors and random objects to move on. It worked well for what you were doing, but the "zombie evil demon thing" needs a more interactive approach.
I say this only because I hate reviewing something without giving constructive criticism, because people out there who just review and don't say anything meaningful, are full of shit, and don't know what the fuck a review is (that is the end of my rant).
In final, I tell you that you've got a gem here. I didn't beat it yet, and I eventually intend to. But I'll leave you with one thing, you managed to actually frighten me, which isn't a simple feat. Kudos to you.
