This is a great submission, except a big problem : i am french and my keyboard is an azerty, so wasd commands are really hard to play, if u can do a keyboard edition in the options, it would be perfect :)
I see also that u played Fallout, i really enjoyed the bozar sniper rifle in the post-nuclear campaign!!!
It was pretty fun.
I liked the first one better, but this is a pretty fun game. Some of the missions are nearly impossible, and the damage is a bit off, but it's still a good game. If you make a third one you should make grenades a bit more powerful.

Very good but needs fine tuning
I prefer the bullet lines of Endless War 1 to the large blobs for bullets in Endless War 2. Also as others have mentioned some variety in the shooting noises would improve it greatly, not necesarrily even a different sound for each weapon, just a different sound for each calibre perhaps (9mm, .45, 5.56 and so on).
Otherwise great fun, I've been playing it through a lot.
Best of the series
I think a sequel should feature similar campaigns with the Terrorists Campaign expanded. Some changes would be cool like reducing recoil or eliminating it completely, bullets with no delay and also fast explosives, it's absurd for example how in Crossfie (Terrorists), if firing a grenade to the other side at the one shooting my team mate, it takes several seconds during which he may die, or in APC vs. AT squad hummer (Iraq), the armoured personnel carrier fires three times at one of the hummers, than three times at a rifleman before it may be destroyed.
