Reviews for "Red Riding Hood"

Damn near an instant classic.

I'm going to cut past all the raving about how well the flash was constructed. When you are at the level of flash skill that you are at its obvious just by watching it. Just to be picky there were a couple segways where the editing didn't match up seemlessly, but its forgivable.

It is certainly true that most fairy tales have very dark origins that reflected the period in which they were written. Many were actually dotted with political polemics launched against the ruling families of the day.

This is different though. I hesitated before giving you my 5 (I still did though sadly I'm not gung-ho about it). It's not because the wolf won, but because of the statement that 'wolves are stronger'. This flash could have been a excellent modern fairy tale noting the dangers of evil with a very sexual subtext and the dangers inherent in that as well. It could have said that 'watch out evil is lurking out there and it is dangerous and powerful'. Yet that little declaration at that completely scuttled that point to say, 'evil is out there and it is stronger, go team!.' It changed from a warning to a worshipping statement meant to get the jollies of the anarchists and subculture types. Its really too bad. I was in love with this flash until the very end. I honestly don't know what your true intention was. I'm just giving you my honest observation.

sweet

so i take it the wolf killed the hunter...didnt see that coming...i thought the hunter was gonna come out on top in the end...

Good one!

That is a good twist...and i still love u'r stories and how u portray them! But here is my biggest concern! When are you gonna make 'The Real Legend of Zelda 3'? I am dieing of anticipation of it...and i am sure there is a ton of others out there that r as well! but still keep up the awsome work!

exlent telling

a great animation to go along with the story perfect chioce of backround music and an exelently creapy voice over. I sware this one scared me

Excellent!

Well done, the gradual pacing and development of the storyline are fantastic.

I am looking forward to your next cartoon!

To the previous reviewer: yes, in the original Grimm tale, the wolf does eat everyone. There is no reference to rape, however....except, perhaps, in your own fantasies.
