go wolfy!
great story with a lovely twist, but you made the movie far to heavy, i had to set it to low quality and i still had trouble at times.

Amzing, the Grims would be proud
I love it, that was definitely top ten flashes I've ever seen. Voice acting was immersive, graphics were top notch, music was stunning, the whole bloody thing was splendid. Kudos to you!
Most demented twist of a children's story...
Graphics: Eye pleasing at times, though it could be better overall.
Style: Wow, a Red Riding Hood animation on Newgrounds, I have not seen, but a Tim Burton styled one? Pretty sweet. The storyline change and ending were unexpected. Truely remarkable.
Sound: Great use of sound (in the music category). The narration could have been better, in the way that the narrator was also reading out what the other characters said. This isn't one of those things that takes a tear out of the overall quality, however.
Violence: Oh, that made me cring...
Overall: Wow, spectacular and spooky, keep it up!
Brilliant telling of the old tale
What a great animation. Aside from the incredible artwork, the stroke of brilliance in this story is to bring back elements of the tale which have long been censored and forgotten - such as the wine and meat and the grisly ending. Another awesome idea was turning the wolf into a humanoid werewolf type creature - not only is this a unique interpretation, but it also gets around the plot flaw of how does a girl not recognise that the being in her mothers clothing is not human, but lupine. The only improvement I can think of would be to have a bit less of music and bit more of ambient sounds, such as crickets calling in the night. Other than that this is a radical interpretation of Red Riding Hood which both brings the story back to its roots as well as presenting it in a new way. Awesome, just awesome.
A Darkest Twist on the Most Moralest of Stories
Ironic thing is that the story was built in the past to warn people not to trust strangers in that they might rape the person that followed them. This version of the story gives us a new moral. Don't trust strangers or you'll end up being a Cannibal's dinner. Good job on details. The Chastity Belt seemed a little overboard however, like it did not fit much into the main point of the story, other than to give a good reason why Red had to wait until adulthood to go out.
