Reviews for "McDonald's videogame"

Awesome + tips

This was an awesome game. Makes you think about what actually happens @ McDonalds and how they make their money. Anyways, I noticed some bugs like sometimes the slaughter of the cows does not produce meat. Laggy sometimes.

For the economic-illiterate people ( :P), in order to make money, you need to understand that your REVENUE (income) needs to EXCEED your expenses (cows+adver+soy+anything else you pay for). I made it up to 714800 by Jul 2047. This game does remind me of a tycoon game. There's 20 slot for the cows, make enough to fix max. The problem for this game is that people make too much and can't sell FAST enough (3 cashiers) but you can kind of store the meats (queue the slaughter). So when you start losing money, sell everything, and you still have hamburger meat being made which makes you lots money because you CUT your COSTS.
Just for fun lol. i18.photobucket.c0m/albums/b122/pussyclat/cow.jpg

Interesting....

I'm a McDonald's manager and I can't keep the corporation alive!

gotta love these kind of games

definately helps past the time. great job on putting the game together. you done a good job capturing all of the aspects of what it takes to run a fast food restaurant, of course theres more to it realistically, but hey, its only a game. anyways, great job

Wow

Pedercini, if you're reading this, consider me a fan.

This game really accomplishes what it sets out to do: it made me think, as well as many others, I'm sure. Instead of resorting to propoganda like many companies do, Pedercini puts you in the role of a McDonalds CEO and lets you come to your own conclusions. I had to make little ethical violations here and there, cutting corners to make a profit. After all, isn't capitalism like a video game? You want to get the highest score possible. Perhaps we can't just blame one person, group or company for our current world. Maybe it's the rules of our society, as well as our economy, that make it so that only those find questionable ways to increase their profit are able to "win the game".

This game succeeds as a fun means of entertainment as well. I'm sure the countless previous reviews can attest to that.

A great maxis game.

Little challenging at first, but after a while I got the hang of it. Great game idea putting the tutorial in, without it I wouldnt of been able to get to 2066. First game I'v seen where u get to build up your own franchise, i hope to see more from you!
