Reviews for "McDonald's videogame"

Addictive

its a great game but its very difficult.
and when things are going good it suddenly goes bad again!

ok then...

this game is a little harder than i imagined because problems happened every 10 seconds in the game. also the time to get the cows from the first stage of growth to the last stage is too long!!!!
but overall an amazing game...

great game ever

sounds like The Sims and its very great. Not too easy. keep the good work

Fun while it lasted!

wow what an addictive game. It comes to a point where u run out of land, but thats how games should be short and pointless! The main thing is to see how many years you can log before the domino effect kicks in! Very creative! Id like to play more games like this keep it up!

Interesting, but lacking...

The aspect of the game was certinaly interesting, but the one major flaw was the unresolved fact that, no matter how good you do, there's a certian peak that you can not overcome to "improve" your company. You can have all factions pleased with your abilities, people flooding in your doors, and all your employees happy... and yet... you can't expand past a certian point. The Directors continue to complain about what-not saying you're not growing... however, the game disallowes such an action.

How so? There is a maximum of three tills, therefore a maximum of three queues of customers. You can only serve, then, three customers at a time. And even going as fast as the employees can, your company can't "grow" any more. You would need more tills, more employees, more avenues of both PR and Marketing... and the game is just lacking said aspects.

Although the game has an interesting taste to it, it ends up falling short. The fact that the game itself unintentionally limits its user just leaves a bad taste. The game AI whines and complains that you need to expand and grow... yet the game has no further capability to allow such an action.

I'm sure with some tweaking, this peak could be overcome. But until then, there's a certian point where you can presue no further in the game, and then it becomes less of a game, and more of a tedious chore to maintain your fundage.

Overall, I enjoyed the idea of the game, but with the senseless action at the end of having to merely maintain the company at the highest possible peak of its growth... it became... boring. If it could grow more, like the Board of Directors wishes, then I'm sure more could come out of this flash. Good job, however, on what HAS been done, as it was - although not overly complicated - fun while it lasted.
