I rate the flash, not the message.
While I liked the music, and what you were saying was true, the flash itself was quite unimpressive.

The music was made for the flash, which means it is PART OF THE FLASH.
Meh
All i understood out of this was blah blah blah im a whiner. It's not his fault that people didnt decide to stop him when he started ebaumsworld. And plus from reading most of these reviews, every one said yeah u rock, bring him down in chains! But truth is most of them will still continue to go to ebausmworld. This was a lost cause animation. Thats just what I think.
great song, but what point are you trying to make?
You may have herd of two little sites called milkandcookies<dot>com and bornslacker<dot>com and you may notice that alot of content on both sites is also on ebaumsworld<dot>com, the trick is I see alot of this show up on ebaum's site before it shows up on the other two, and I have also noticed the opposite. Conclusion? Everything on the net is stolen from other sites, the interenet is here partly to share crap (and your sticky palms can tell you what the rest of it is for) and half the time no one will ever get credit for their work. Sence it's apparent this flash was inspired by ebaum's assholeness twards you (which being an asshole myself I fully support) I can understand that much but please, let's not "Beat down one fag in 'francisco" so to speak sence almost all sites like that benifit from stealing from one another.
milk and cookies links to other sites
and bornslacker is nowhere near as popular as eBaums
Riiiight... :S
I must say, I enjoyed the music and the story line was interesting. There was barley a hint of violence and I have no idea who the chap was that "banged his mom" or shoved the poker up his arse. It was relatively funny, but this was more a "Hate" Flash Video so I didnt find it extremley funny like some of the authors work I previewed before. Not sure how the interactivity was much good either. The little graphics that was there was good, and the way about doing it wasnt to bad either. Overall I had to give it half marks - loosing some because while I enjoyed it - I didnt think it was "brilliant" like the authors other work, there wasnt much point to the animation, and it was just created to piss the site owner off :P (and probably worked to :D). I enjoyed it somewhat, but I guess it just want my kinda movie :) Good work done on it all the same tho :)
As for the story line.. I never liked his site, as I found the content rather boring (no offense to the authors). I have an entertainment based website myself, and I leave all copyright intact and dont claim its my work. However, if I am adding content I tend to not go near the type of content the internet is full of - sites like eBaums world makes me sick. The ads are annoying, some of the content is pure shite, his design isnt exactly "amazing" work in fairness. If a lot of people are annoyed with him, I dont see the problem in reviewing his sites operations and coming to a good agreement with all invovled. I guess the selfish people in this world are not that interested in keeping everyone happy.
You'd have to say its true..
but actually, the main problem is:
artists submit their work to low-security websites. (Power-fusion is really secure, Newgrounds is pretty secure and Flashplayer is half-secure)
random people simply come and take it, submit it to different sites.
so if you were to blame ebaum only, you havent looked at GPrime, albino blacksheep, etc.
and if you press "remove flash" on the site, it will send an e-mail to ebaum, not PHP programming, and you might want to make him verify somehow that you are the artist. So since its' e-mail, it takes a long time to remove it.
Solution: make the .swf file put in a new window, and so that you can't right-click the background, f11 closes the window (in flash) and make the window non-resizable.
however, i would say ebaum is responsible for not checking copyrights.
