your intentions are good, stealing is retarded, and making a leaving off of stealing is even worse.
however, "bad press is good press". it's the thing many hope for, that someone will be insulted or outraged by their product and create such a gigantic tantrum that everyone goes there to see what they have.
grand theft auto's sales and its success can be thanked by all the news, media, and court trials it has received.
I imagine it will bring some first timers, but a lot of people have also sworn it off for life.
Good animation but...
I have to admit that the animation is good and I will not give this flash lower than a 2.
But the fact is that eBaumsworld DOES NOT STEAL. eBaumsworld does not make money off the content therefore is not doing any harm to the original author who may want to be compensated. I can understand if he used a flash that people have to pay to view but his site is a collection of media. Ebaumsworld is like a museum (most for the case), you don't have to pay and you are viewing art from around the world.
The flash is good, message is not bad just immature.

He strips whenever he can credit from the images to where they rightfully belong, and he DOES make money whether or not you're paying him.
He makes hundreds (reported possibly thousands) of dollars a day from pop up and banner ads, and spyware downloads, and is a multimillionaire because he is a fucking theif.
Jesus christ people do some research before you try to sound smart.

this is a well done flash. and it makes a lot of sense about how ebaumsworld steals a lot of flash and images. and i feel pretty firm about people who steal other peoples work. that shit does piss me off. but he didn't entirely steal it, the people that submitted it get themselves fucked. they volenteered to have him host it on his site, and it is HIS site. but that doesn't mean i dont' care. it's still pretty fucked up. but one thing i know is that the MEDIA department there is all pretty much not stolen. a lot of those are home videos and stuff from T.V.

Ouch. Sounds to me like propaganda. Even though I am not a fan of either sites, that content was rather malicious. I'm not too into politics between rival sites, and not too sure whether I want to be involved even.
The flash itself caused some awareness of rivalry and underhanded tricks utilized by ebaums, but I can't confirm for sure how true it is. Perhaps it is, perhaps not.
The flash itself was on the whole, fine. Not good, not bad, but fine. I was thinking more about the politicking while watching it though.
It's good to find means to release frustration and anger as well, and more than 500k viewers watch you vent your feelings. :D Must blow off some steam.
