Erm, well...

I really love SA. Honest. I have always been on SA's side, but copyright law isn't my forte. So please, help out a loyal noob: what exactly is the fundamental difference between the "Greatest Picture Ever" Goldmine and EBW? And isn't most EBW content user-submitted anyway (like that Goldmine)? I'm aware that Bauman posts stuff that ought to be exclusive to other sites (like that fake 404 that mentions Lowtax), but that only represents a small fraction of his content (right?).

So you have a point. Its pretty damn true, and I dont think its fair but I am confused is to how you have a 4.5+ score for this flash. Its ok. Nothing that deserves such a good score, maybe in the mid 3's. I liked it for its humor n truth tho not its so so animation. All in all it was OK.

Way to stand up for the little guy!

First of all, I don't know jack squat about copywright laws, the truth about eBaums, or the alleged scam artists involved... But I've seen this a couple times now and I can't get the thought out of my head. Wasn't it the artist's choice to submit their content in the first place? Or am I just another ignorant juvenile?

...you sure someone hasn't gotten a nasty bite from the jealousy bug?

No more Ebaum

I used to be a frequent ebaum surfer untill seeing this flash. Afterwards I tried to view Ebaums world to see if it was true only to notice that the website can no longer be found. Has the word spread to the point where we will live in a world with no more Ebaum??
