So you have a point. Its pretty damn true, and I dont think its fair but I am confused is to how you have a 4.5+ score for this flash. Its ok. Nothing that deserves such a good score, maybe in the mid 3's. I liked it for its humor n truth tho not its so so animation. All in all it was OK.

Way to stand up for the little guy!
First of all, I don't know jack squat about copywright laws, the truth about eBaums, or the alleged scam artists involved... But I've seen this a couple times now and I can't get the thought out of my head. Wasn't it the artist's choice to submit their content in the first place? Or am I just another ignorant juvenile?

No more Ebaum
I used to be a frequent ebaum surfer untill seeing this flash. Afterwards I tried to view Ebaums world to see if it was true only to notice that the website can no longer be found. Has the word spread to the point where we will live in a world with no more Ebaum??

it was pretty good,but i was only scoring you that score because its for the flash, and not the beliefs, now a note about it. not everything on that site is stolen (if any at all) alot of that is user submitted, and also then submitted on here, also, some are viral video that circulate around the net, and are hosted on many sites. then theres the advertisements, there legal, and i have no idea about this maliciouse code your talking about, ive been there daily for a couple years, and nothing bads happened here, but back to the main point, good job on the submission
Well that opened my eyes
I used to go on ebaums world quite a lot before I found Newgrounds. I remember I used to find the site rather annoying with the amount of ads it shoved in your face and the fact that it disguised some advertisments as recommended links and website content. Newgrounds is much better in every way. Still, I never knew ebaums was full of stolen work.
I think this flash did a great job getting an important message across using humour and a catchy song. I must admit tho, I'm trying hard not to be tempted to have another look at the website just to see what the fuss is about. I could imagine your toon might even increase the number of hits on that site and I hope for your sake this doesn't happen!
