Reviews for "eBaums world dot com"

Ok movie, awesome concept!

FINALLY! Someone is speaking out! ebaum's world is one of my least favorite sites on the internet! All of my friends keep linking to flashes on his site and I just sigh and tell them off again for beleiving that bs site.
I didn't know about the somethingawful thing. (I'm not a major fan of that site but I sometimes visit it for a quick laugh.) That's absurd!
It would be really funny if this goes on ebaums world... They've already stolen enough from newgrounds and weebls-stuff, he deserves every word of your catchy song.
Thanks for making this. I'll show it too all my ebaums-world-fan friends. :D

wow

just ... i have a question tho? was that everything on that website taken or its just a few things? i ask because i dont understand your song, all i understood was that ebaums stole a few things, but as i read other reviews they say he took everything. which (if he did steal it) is sad because i go there to watch alot of vids, and never realized that he had stole them, i always thought he asked the authors or something like that.

1 last question, how exactly does he take up your bandwidth by just visiting hes website? if you can explain plz do.

... btw great work on the flash lol (almost forgot to compliment you)

altffour responds:

%90+ of content is stolen

Yah, I'd read about that.

I read about the whole bandwidth hijack, can't remember if it was reported on NetCraft, WMW, or some other bit-twiddler site.

The content theft is naughty (but it happens all over the place, waddya gonna do?) I had a large site's entire content scraped by a PHP scraper site, and it drove my traffic down and got me kicked out of the SERPS in Google for "duplicate content" - Anyone who says "no biggie" mis-understands what's at stake for site owners and content developers.

The content re-branding is actionable. EBaumsworld is gonna get sued out of existence sooner or later. Newspapers that have re-printed web-content without permision have been successfully sued, and they have better copyright lawyers than Eric does.

The Bandwidth HiJack is low-down, dirty, scummy, and is a criminal offence under the DMCA, as well as being actionable in civil court.

Take heart. Eric may get away with it in the short term, but he's not the first to do this, and he won't be the first person successfully sued and slapped with court injuctions for this type of activity. He'll get his comeuppance.

Time

Oh great, u made me go to ebaumsworld and i spent like 2 hours there

That was funny

I used to go there until i got the sense beaten into me by my friends, 'ouch.

The music was catchy and animation was pretty solid, Good Job.
