Yeah, and I don't get what Eric "stole". Did he take uncopyrighted material and redistribute it while putting a tag that said it was hosted on his site? If that's what you're all choked about, I'd say kudos to him for being clever enough to make a living at that. I don't put my content on the net to make money and if he stole from someone who did, then there would be obvious legal repercussions. Why hate the man? Did he manage to launch his site before you had the idea and now he's cornered a section of the internet? Eh well.
Note to the author: Nice job with the song and animation, but I think your concept of theft may be flawed.

No matter how true this may be and no how asshole-ish people can be nowadays this guy finds some crazy stuff. Whatever makes me laugh I like. But in my opinion i just say give the guy a break. What has been done is done and obviously you cant change him but like you said you can always try and I respect that. But if this guy is a true asshole, let him be a big asshole. Let him lose money because honestly I dont care much about him either I just like the website. But Eric was an asshole/is an asshole then thats nothing you can change about him so let him be.

if he takes flashes and puts them on his website.. i dont see why anyone would care...
if he sells them, well..then it should show the author of the flash he sold that he can make money off of it..
