I fucking hate that site...
All he does is steal other peoples flash, etc. and post it on there... i've seen newgrounds stuff on there, too... i'll ask someone "hey did you see/play this flash game?" "oh, yeah, its on ebaums" "actually that site stole it, it was originally from whatever-the-site-was-dot-com"
The song was well written, but meh.
Yeah, and I don't get what Eric "stole". Did he take uncopyrighted material and redistribute it while putting a tag that said it was hosted on his site? If that's what you're all choked about, I'd say kudos to him for being clever enough to make a living at that. I don't put my content on the net to make money and if he stole from someone who did, then there would be obvious legal repercussions. Why hate the man? Did he manage to launch his site before you had the idea and now he's cornered a section of the internet? Eh well.
Note to the author: Nice job with the song and animation, but I think your concept of theft may be flawed.

No such thing. There is such a thing as "intellectual property" which means after you make it and publish it, you own the rights to it.

It has a nice, catchy tune. Pretty good animation aswell. I rarely look at content in flash but the whole Eric Bauman thing caught my attention. I have no problem with him "Stealing" flash. How much is flash making you anyways? The problem I have however is that he decompiles the swf file and removes the authors name and any credit then adds his watermark. You have to agree, that is some fucked up shit. If your going to "Steal" Eric at least give the author some fucking credit.
I can really care less about the stealing, flash isn't really worth much in it self (Except when stolen in large quanities, remember the stealing from newgrounds?)). My only problem is Eric removing the authors credit and adding his watermark. Contrary to popular beleif not everything on the net is free or public domain. However as a side note, I'm a fan of ebaumworld and like some content there (Maybe not the stupid fuckers on the forums but the content at any rate) so I remain neutral on the "Who should win the legal dispute". If eric can make some major compromises that would satify all legal and personal vadettas and won't really hurt ebaum, the most it would do is raise popularity.
Anyways...Wow, I almost forgot I was reviewing flash. Good quality entertainment. I'll leave it at that.
