As far as serious flash go, this is the best I've seen. This gets a 10 only because I can't go higher!
Chrono Trigger
is indeed the best RPG ever made. I think it's great that you took the time to accurately do the attack instead of just rushing it. The characters could've used more detail and such but what you had was good too. I may someday create a flash dedicated to this gem also.
