Is it me,
or does this have somewhat the same concept, from the final Fantasy games? The whole ice sword thing from number nine, and how the bad guy got a turn then the good guys. Also midi file like tunes?!

As you said, the detail did become lost a times, and I felt that it ultimatley held back the movie, but the rest of it was good.
Also, I really liked how you kept that whole thing about how you can only attack Magus with a magic spell after he uses that type of magic. Good to see you've kept that in mind.

I haven't been to this website in a while, but this animation was definitely worth it! From start to finish, it felt as though I were actually in the game watching it unravel before me. It nicely followed the style of Chrono Trigger with a few surprises as well.
Also, I really enjoyed the camera work incorporated throughout the movie as well as the actual in-game music being used.
Again, great job and I look forward to your future animations!
P.S. Nice job on the scripting and the main menu! What fun!

me impresiono tanto tu animacion que la tuve que ver 2 veces seguidas jajaja, vas de mejor a .."supermejor", estan muy padres los efectos, el control del ambiente, y los movimientos de los personajes asi como sus magias, sigue asi con tus animaciones locas!!!! ^_^
