niceeeeeee here is my kinda explaination to it
the guy in the film sees his family as burden some and ugly his wife is fat and disgusting his kid a blood sucking monster he then kills them one by one even the cat and then he kills him self the knives that he used to kill them sinks into himself which repersents that it was his intent that killed them not the tools which he used ....

Okay, so a man meets a woman and they get married when the man stabs her with the lightbulb. The she has a child who draws on the wall. They also get a pet cat.
Then, the wife starts cheating on the husband with another man. The man finds out and kills her along with the child, the cat and the man she cheated on. Then he kills himself too. Now, the part i don't get is what's with da bird wings in the husband?
