Reviews for "Autumn Tree"

very nice

that was a lot better than I expected it to turn out. I thought it would be good, but this had great production values. I really liked the style and the music fitted really well. I'm glad you didnt use any matrix music or anything like that. This was a cut above the usual stuff you see here. good stuff.

It's really shocking...

How some people can treat others so badly, and think it's fun. I don't mean to sound like some kind of hippie or anything, but why can't we all just get along? What's so hard about not hating someone just because of their interests, race, or even skin color?

I just don't understand how anyone can treat someone so badly...

There are some people here who think that the shooters are weak. Yes, there are people who are emotionally "weak" and break easily, but wouldn't you wish death upon someone if they tortured you day after day after day for being different?

No, I'm not trying to justify what they did. What they did was wrong. However, what the other kids did was wrong too. Not all of them did things to "deserve" what happened to them, but they were killed anyway.
I agree with Pyroburn, you may not realize it, but every person you interact with effects you in some way. Sometimes it's so unimportant that you can't even tell that it effected you at all, and sometimes you never forget that person.

Anyway, good work, keep it up. It was amazing, and yes, it should be in a film festival.

Deep

this was deep man and Arm u r flying off the handel dude you may have been one of the people that pushed those kids to the limit so u need to wtach those comments apperantly this movie explained nothing to you you cant except the fact that their minds are different so see it from their point of veiw and maby open up a little bit overall Great Flash Understanding Columbine from their side it was a Deep flash

A few things should be noted.

I lived in Littleton for most my life. I was just a few blocks away when the shooting began. I did not know the two who had done it, except by reputation from the high school students who had referred to them as "freaks." Columbine is not a question of why. I know why and everyone from that school knew exactly why. What should be asked is how? How is it that those two managed to delude their reality to such a point as to not batter an eye at the bloodshed they caused? As for the factual accuracy, is was close, for the most part. Though the story of the girl who was allegedly asked if she believed in God was no more than news hype created by the local media. The most important issue involving Columbine, in my opinion is the affect it had on the school, much the same way that 9/11 influenced America and the whole world. By the time it was ready for me, the school had drastically changed - armed guards at the doors, camera fixtures down every hall, mounted even in the bathrooms, all for the sake of "security." The lesson to be learned here is that rather than fixing the problem at its source, actually preventing another attack, the school board readied themselves for another. Instead of fixing the problem they created a new one in its place. Columbine was a tragedy, but even tragedies have the potential to teach.

Well Done.....

A sad story. I am related to someone who went to comlubine, and they survived. To anyone who says this is glorifying the 2 teens is wrong and should actually WATCH the movie before jumping to conclusions. Because this is a portrayal of the pre-massacre and occurence of the students and of what the 2 guys went through to push them to a mental collapse does NOT mean that it is showing it in a good light. Hell, it was a good flash, accurate to the story, and it deserves recognition, not close-minded reviews.
