Reviews for "Autumn Tree"

Beautifly done.

That piece was brilliant, but saddening. It did show the more human side of the two boys, unlike the mass media. The only things I think were missing were the fact that they had set up multiple propane bombs in the cafeteria, but they failed to detonate, and that there was a teacher that was shot multiple times in the hallway while trying to protect the students, and after the two had left the hallway, the students went and drug him into the room, talking to him about his family and whatnot the entire time he bled to death, it seems morbid, but I think it would have added something to the short, but still, a 10, it was a masterpiece.

Depressing.

It saddens me to know that society can drive people to do things like this. People spend too much time bitching and crying about the assholes who got themselves killed, but hardly anyone ever takes time to think about how Eric and Dylan were treated, how they were ridiculed, beaten, and ostracized their entire lives, or why they did what they did. Don't get me wrong, I don't support the killing of our youth, although some of them certainly do deserve it. But I belive that Columbine was somewhat justified, and that many of the victims brought it upon themselves.

sad

Just because you hurt "doesn't give you the right to hurt someone"!The story was sad!All the way around!Three hundred and sixty!Sad!

Oww.

Dude, that just yanked at my heart. That was some serious stuff. I heard of what was happening a day or two after the shooting. That was scary. Great work. Nothing touched me as seriously as this flash did.

...

All I can say to this is:
When this happened, I didn't know. Not until 2005/2006 did I even hear of this. Still, even so long after the fact...people were still greatly shaken by it...still are.
Though, I suppose I just happen to be one of those people you need to keep an eye on, because when I finally heard about it...I shrugged, chuckled softly to myself, and continued on. No one noticed though, they said "everyone reacts differently to shock"
