Ye need Macromedia Flash. There are numerous versions, but to do all this (including the camera) you need MX 2004.

Awesome tutorial on how to do several thing in designing a flash movie. I have recently been reviewing different tutorials on flash and so far this is the most visually indepth one I have came across, it's always good to actually see what's happening rather than just reading about it. Very nice work, and if my flash turns out half that well I would definitely have to give you credit for this tutorial. Great stuff.
