Not bad, could be faster and shorter, though
Action seemed to slow up at times, leading to some parts that probably could've been cut. Overall, the animation has a certain charm to it though it's not too detailed or smooth.

... all that battle over a bucket of noodles... haha , Great idea! thats why style gets a 9! dont be offended though, thats a high score! I just rarley give a 10 for anything. 10 means perfect and this could use work! Good job though.

To be perfectly honest with you, the animation itself is quite bad. I think the only reason this is getting a good score is because it's anime.
I believe you're a good artist, so i'll take some time to give a couple suggestions that would really improve your animations:
-The biggest improvement you could make is using more frame by frame animation. This will definately improve the overall look of your animation.
-Unless you're a really big fan of anime, try using a more unique style of drawing to make it more original and ultimately more interesting.
-If you can, try developing a deeper plot.
Other than that, I can see potential. You're camera angles especially are very good. Hope to see more work from you!

Oldschool goths are much more decent. But that's beside the point...
The scene where the main characters were falling back down was very reminiscent of FLCL and it was fun.
The animation as a whole was fun but it simply had too many unnecessary fights.
The fight on the bus, after the bus, the angel...
I am surprized that you found and used Metal Gear Solid (1) music.
It was neat.
Also, in stead of phud, you could have written füd.
