not to bad
it does cover all the basic asspects of how to make a average flash, but in a (i found) long and boring way.
graphics - quite sketchy, i espicially didnt like the background.
style - althogh i didnt like the style you did it in, the idea of making a tutorial to flash is good.
sound - i didnt actully listen to the sound as i currently dont have working speakers, so i put it half way.
interactirity - great slection of cursors and good use of buttons, youd be well off making a game
humor - there wasnt any, but this is something that should have humor so i put half way.
i personally liked the all in one tutorials more, but congrats on covering everything. well done

That's best tutorial what I ever saw. I like the most that i can download examples. I usually look them carefully and continue my flash. For example your Scorecounter code was wrong but i saw example and in examle you putted the code in on(release) () and that was worked. I like in sounds that first one. But only thing i don't liked was background. I'd would liked if you are going to do the third part too:).
