Christ, how'd you do all that 3D animation!? Anyhow, I'm brutal as usual, although your graphics and audio were nearly superb, there seems to be little going on behind it, it's seems purely exhibitionary. While there is story set up in the beginning, it was long, hard to read, and well, I think it could have been portrayed differently. My main problem with this is that there was no real humanity going on here, there was no character for me to become attached to, fearing for his or her life and therefore, the space battle meant little.
Of course I'm being hyper critical, you should be proud of this animation because it is very well done and it deserves to be in the top 50. Excellent work.
