This doesn't belong in the top slots.
Because it's a piece of shoddy action with no story. The fights are okay, the animation decent, but the voices are crap, and there's no plot whatsoever. This is taking up a slot that should belong to better movies like Claveman or a piece by Legendary Frog.

i dont like seriose anime'. if this was a major motion picture i probably wouldve liked it. its boring, i couldnt even finish it. i just didnt like it. other people would, but i just like waterman, knox, and legendary frog tho.
