Very well done
Te best thing about this piece is the music, or lack there-of. Even dramatic music would ease the tension but instead there is just a white noise leaving no barrier between the viewer and the victim.
Ending was kinda weird but the rest was well done so at that point I gave you the benefit of the doubt.

I loved every piece of it except the ending, wich kinda ruined alot. ***SPOILER AHEAD*** I honestly felt really sorry for the guy when he couldn't smile anymore and got impaled over and over again. The blood effects and such were great, I almost felt those nails myself! ***SPOILER ENDING***
The whole thing had a weird "Equilibrium/Matrix"-feel. Where you are under control, and there is no other way for you then to obey. Really nice stuff. Really sad and really cool.

Very symbolic
I think this actually represents the capitalistic society that today's modern world lives in. Conform to it or be destroyed, they feel that the world has no room for people that don't fit their standards. And getting rid of the people gets them off, thus the ending to it.
