been a while since i've written a review...
...but this animation deserved it. this is a very deep, dark, interesting animation and its not often something like that comes onto NG. you have very good skills in using flash i see, and your imagination is very good, although i (like many other reviewers before me) am confused about that ending... although i'm not going to lower your score, for that, i'm voting a well deserved 5! keep up the great work

That was a wonderful short animation, very deep and moving.
very captivating
this is a prime example of how pictures can express more than a thousand words. the overall mood of the movie is very intense and the interchangable scenes between the flashing smile sign and the tortured character is very cleverly done. also the music fits perfectly. the message that i got from the movie is "be yourself" as opposed to conform to societies standards because in the end you wont be able to fake it forever. im not sure if that was your intention, but that's what i figured was the methaphor you showcased.
the only drawback is the silly and somewhat pointless ending. it totally destroyed the atmosphere you were trying to create and it watered down the magnitude of your movie.
in general, a great flash submission that requires some nuerons.
POWERFUL
This flash represents all that is wrong with society today. I relate to the charactered that died. With everything that is happening, how the fuck can you smile? I got the disco ending. You are illustrated how the establishment that is the government takes these situations lightly, and also spoofing the tremendous amount of scandals and politics right?
