That was really good. I enjoyed it profusely
But I notice you have Dynamite Headdy sprites, which leads me to believe you have the Dynamite Headdy ROM...please, respond to this review and tell me where you got the ROM. I've been looking for that game for a looooong time.

Pretty good man
This defiantly must have taken some time to complete.
Your animations were remarkably smooth for a sprite comic, and the overall story was portrayed well and easy to follow. I like how you didn't go too "u83r l337 H4z0r" on certain parts as there was enough there to make it entertaining but not gaudy.
Your hand drawn animations fit close enough with the sprites to make things meld together which is a good thing. Overall they took on their fare share in the movie making the sprites less noticeable and more emphasis was put on your work.
The music was well selected for the movie and scene changes. If there was something to tweak about it, i would lower some of the sound bits a little as some seem piercing and that distracts from your presentation. You may also in the future want to look into more voice acting. I know this movie didn't need much of it because most of the text was commands and prompts, just something to consider.
Some of the jokes have been used before (i.e. Star Craft references) but it wasn't overdone here so it still comes across good. The summon references were great, really put together well and thought through.
Your style flows well together and that will become more apparent to others in your next movies without any sprites at all.
