This flash recreates the sonic game in a way previously unimaginable. With the addition of a few levels, we have something release-quality.
Nice tribute, v well done.
First off, there are no major gripes, only minor ones... When you land on spikes, if you land on them again you get killed, (straight away) when Sonic gets hurt in the Megadrive games (I don't know if Sonic Adv 2 is the same, i haven't played it) You have a few seconds of invulnerability so you can "walk" off the spikes.
However since this submission is so short I kinda think its a good thing.
Secondly, the badniks tend to disappear off the screen, those bitchy penguins for one.
When I walk off the screen and come back (if I miss them when i attack) they aren't there.
Other than that, awesome game and I hope you extend it (add a third level maybe?) P.S I've completed Sonic and Cream's games so far and I'm going to try Knuckles next, i've been given two cheats but When I try and enter the Cheats Menu it says "No Cheats" I click it assuming its an input field but nothing happens, and I don't know what to do when i've completed the game to return to the game's menu. (??)neway gj
