24" x 36" acrylic and oil on canvas... the rectangles are a bunch of cereal boxes I tore apart. Was part of a fashion/art show ovarian cancer benefit downtown a few weeks ago. Nobody came with any money though. Bastards! Nothing over 75 bucks sold, and most everything was over 300.
Glad you guys like. I was a little more ambitious with it than I was comfortable with.

The character is fine, it looks as thought you've just began flash in the last few months so i'll go easy on the crit. The head is a bit deformed, and the mouth doesnt have a consisted outline as to that of the rest of the smaller outlines. Other than that its fine. Don't expect a high score though unless you're a comical genius.

its ok, but the thing to think about is that when your drawing cartoons you dont try and be realistic. Which is why you dont draw every hair in their beard or every hair on their head.

Something about him seems a bit off. Either both of his arms are too large, or his head is too small. Each of his fists are larger than his head. That's pretty big. He looks like he could crush a kitten between his thumb and index finger. But, looks pretty good aside from that.

As for me, I swear I'll post an actual picture soon. It's something I've been working on in spare time of mine, nothing great, but I am slow, and I hate drawing vehicles.

god damnit...thing is, my first 3 years of drawing i ONLY drew DBZ. I have been trying to weed out that style sinse then. Never have been able to do it completely...oh well.

You could start with the face then, if you see there he has no real jaw and big eyes. To match his character, I reckon you should give him a full jaw to make him look more manly, and sort out the eyes.

If you look at a human head, the eyes are in the centre of the face if you were to look at it head on. Then, half the distance between the eyes and the bottom of the head is the tip of the nose, then halfway between nose and bottom of head is the mouth. My grandad taught me that when i was little :)

She can literally sit like this, took a picture yesterday on my friends phone with little hominid antennas on and a plastic pimp cane. Innit.

And here's something I've been working on for like 20 minutes a day for the last week. I hate drawing vehicles, and suck at it. This is a bit for practice, a lot because I love Guitar Hero (and subsequently, my GH band).
I like: The handicap image, the sign on the side, the inside seat area
I don't like: The wheels, some of the shading
I might do some other stuff for my GH band, like CD cover and such for kicks.
