I was just doing my occasional checkup on Al's site, and I realized that Albuquerque, NM still hasn't appeared on the list of tour destinations! I know he probably will stop here in NM (seeing as he wrote a 10-minute song about it), but I'm still kind of worried, seeing as how small the population is here. Also, I just watched the making of white n' nerdy video. It was kind of interesting.

That's why I try to listen to it before reading reviews. Some reviewers put spoilers in and they don't even realise it.

That is so weird. That was even listed under Weid Al in google video. I gotta' tell my friend that.

For questionalble songs, all you really have to do is check out the songs on his cd's. With the exception of "Your Pitiful" and "Polkamon" all his songs are on them, so anything else is not a Weird Al song.

Yeah, I know, but I also just assumed he was making up some place.

I know that one time in his Touring With Scissors tour, Albuquerque was a stop, and they pulled out the stops on that one... the Mayor even showed up. And toward the end... well, they just HAD to sing the song, y'know? Arguably the loudest cheers he'd ever gotten... but his voice was kinda mangled from singing it the next 10 days after or so.

That's one of his best Polkas. I do quite like Polkerama from Lynwood, but it's not a patch on The Alternative Polka

The Bohemian polka is a good one, it's the only one I can think of that is the same song all the way through, but like the others, sped up like crazy.

It's totally worth it. Course the song is also on that flash for the Lost tv show, so if you need to hear it, just play that flash.

I'll admit, the Bohemian Polka is a proper send-up of Queen's original. And my fave of all the polkas.

Though the Angry White Boy Polka is a fairly close second.

I think that it'sa very good send up of the original, but when it comes to Al, the parodies which sound like the original are the best
