I wasn't gone that long. I still remember all of the people that I used to talk to, unless they changed their alias to something I have never seen before. Let's hope I can actually do some good work, though I haven't used the program in a very long time.

Haha, man don't you read any of the posts in the MAIN forums at the site? I think it was in there. But anyway, Paulz, I think it was, started it to try and stop people from spamming with alt accounts. Since they need a NG profile to get accepted they'll make an alt NG account and use that to register at HQ. But getting to level 9 takes some time and is something that they probally won't wait for.

Enoll said to do this as a rule, so intil furthur notice by Enoll, that's the way it's going to be. Unless there are extenuating circumstances like the user has been active in NG but doesn't deposit. It may get lowered to like lvl 6 but for now, lvl 9 is fine.
The lvl 1 ppl that posted here a few days ago to my knowlege stopped posting in the BBS after asking for membership leading me to believe they are just alt accounts.
