Its works this way. Lets say a flash artist submits a flash movie and it gets blammed. Then within 30 days later that same flash artist submits another flash movie and it too is blammed. That would give the author a 15 day ban cause he obviously needs more time to work on his animation skills.
I still wonder if this is even in effect yet cause I've seen that movie I was talking about for a 5 time already. Maybe the guy keeps making new accounts and then submites the movie with the new ones.

yeah that sucks, i had to buy an expensive battery backup unit so the power spikes here don't fry my equitment. It's a APC Back-Ups XS 800 unit and provides 30 mins of battery back-up time in case of blackout and blocks the 100 power spikes i have at my house, it's a very dependable unit.

I have comcast high speed internet. And it sucks . It lags bad on games. It's also has a huge and annoying modem. It's loud to. It's not even that fast.

YOu know you sound very intellegent the way you type and the fact you couldnt even make this bullshit club is a laugh too. i was in the ng army for like 5 minutes but its bullshit so i quit. And yes i may be an asshole but i am very smart. I made like 10 people quit the ng army just cause they where afraid of getting banned. SO HA. Also the reason no one responds to me is because if they do they get demoted which is by far the funnest thing to do ever!!!!!!!
