Heh. I had followed a tutorial from flashkit.com for mine, though I've recently edited the Newgrounds preloader... It still has the tank, the loading part is just animated a tad bit now... With Sonic at the controls :-P It shall appear in my Sonic Snowboarding flash. By the way... There shall now be a very awesome downhill fight sequence now that I have The Ultimate Shadow Sheet. I only use Genesis sprites... The one sequence in my Bounce music video was because I didn't have The Ultimate Sonic Sheet. Now I do :-P A large majority of my 512 meg flash drive is taken up by all the sprites I've downloaded. Most of them are sonic character sprites.

Oh, geez, I nearly forgot. I want some opinions on what I've got so far. Shadow and Sonic will be going down Ice Cap when it gets to the point that I've stopped doing work. Here's the link to my work-in-progress: Sonic Snowboarding It should be updated every few days until I've got it completed. Look for it in the portal within the next week or two... Hopefully. This includes some of my experimental effects, new voice acting by me and my new preloader. I hope you enjoy. Like I said, its incomplete, but please gimme your comments on it and suggestions as to: who should win, what moves they should do, if Sonic should ditch the snowboard eventually, ect... Oh, and... I shall NOT do ANY DBZ ripoffs. If they haven't done it in the game, they ain't doin' it in here... Chaos moves, anyway. And the only offensive Chaos move Sonic has is Sonic Wind, so there goes your stupid Super Sonic DBZ ripoff tactic... Yeah...

Ah, yes... I've seen this screenshot before... I've even seen some gameplay videos... It looks awesome... It is even rumored that we shall get Super Sonic during normal play time. About freakin' time, me thinks.

OK, question 1: Yes, I know how to make buttons and use actionscript. I just haven't gone too "in depth" with it. I've actually used flash to do some Business Professionals of America contests in which I used a wide variety of actionscripted buttons to allow you to navigate the movie.

Question 2: I think that your story is a bit... Errmmm... Strange. Shadow would KNOW that Sonic isn't the one who killed Maria, and isn't that stupid to actually believe it. Remember, Shadow was THERE when Maria got SHOT by a G.U.N. soldier.

And about your comment at the end... I'm keeping the shadow part. I worked hard to animate his parts and get that Chaos Control effect just right, as well as the voice. I'm not taking that out. Besides which, I've already posted it on the Alphas section with 2 or 3 pics of Shadow in it. Even my story comment says that Shadow comes in. So cutting him out is kinda out of the question.

Oh, dudes, just to let you know, if you ever are having trouble finding Sonic music from ANY game, look to me. I've got roughly 17-19 hours worth. My collection includes Sonic 1, 2, 3 & Knuckles, Chaos, Adventure, Adventure 2, Spinball (all remixes, though...), R, Advanced 1, 2, and 3, Fighters, Knuckles Chaotix, and maybe a bit more. I'm on a computer at school right now, so I don't exactly have access to all the games in my collection. Oh, I also have Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and, a bit off topic, but also Kingdom Hearts.

Every Sonic game for Genesis + SA1 & SA2 own. Those new games aren't what I loved in Sonic
BTW Count me in to this Sonic crew if I can.

Yup. My movie has some text talking in and don't worry, I'll make continuing buttons so you don't have to rush when you're reading it.

I got a preloader! Whoot! I am going to work on my flash now because I have only 18 days left of my trial and 18 days left for the chance of getting the real version of Macromedia Flash. I will get it too because my Dad was really amazed of just an okayish intro.

Well, do a search on The Ultimate Shadow Sheet. Mystical Forest Zone also has some shadow sprites that aren't on the Ultimate Shadow Sheet for some reason. I custom did the Chaos Control effects myself, anyway. The shadow sheet also has Shadow the Hedgehog game type stuff, like him holding and firing weapons, as well as Chaos Control and Blast as seen during game play. I don't like the running/skating that's on that sheet, though, which is why I use one of the smaller sheets for his running.

Uhh... I got a problem guys, every time I test out my movie, it takes a long time for it to export, does that mean it's too big for Newgrounds?!?

When you export it, see if its more than 5 megs. If it is, then yes. However, just because it takes a while doesn't mean its too big. 2 or 3 megs can take a while, still.

Yeah... Yesterday I was working on it for a bit, then the thing shut down on me! And it didn't save! I back at where I was at yesterday but still!

I just got the new Sonic comic! It was awesome! What happened was the Metal Sonic clones were Chuck's creations for Knothole's defense. Mecha's circuit was just jammed, that's why she betrayed Eggman at first. It turns our Maria was Eggman's half sister (I always wondered if she was his sister or cousin). Shadow teams up with Eggman. Hope either dies or is alive (this is where it ended) and Shadow says, "If the girl dies, Sonic -- then you will too!". Oh and Shadow some how did a barrier shield when he was trying to the Metal Sonics from hurting Hope. It was good!
