No, it just shows that you like to help NG out with flagging reviews and abusive flash. That should be enough reward. I personally enjoy cleaning up newgrounds. I just wish i could fix the people that polute it in the first place.

Nope. Only levels and b/p affect your voting power. Whistle level just affects how fast a review will be marked as abusive and up for review by a mod/admin.
Though Saturday is a pretty good mod, she's a horrible reviewer.

Give it time. The review has to be flagged enough to a point where a mod/admin comes and reviews it. It's not instance like experience. Keep going ;)

Plus, every review you flag isn't going to help you. If you flag a review and it isn't abusive, it takes you down a notch as well. To me, the quickest way to level up is to flag only blatently abusive reviews, such as those that insult the creator, encourage him to stop working, or simply say "BLAM THIS". There are tons of these reviews posted here, and if stick to just the obvious ones, you should level up quickly.
